Bruce Jenner or Caitlyn Jenner as now known is seen on the cover of Vanity Fair July cover posing in a sexy bustier with full breast. Caitlyn Jenner today updated her new Twitter account with the bellow image and caption;
“I’m so happy after such a long struggle to be living my true self. Welcome to the world Caitlyn. Can’t wait for you to get to know her/me.”

Did you think Bruce would have gone this far to changing her body completely? We can see evidence of Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) FFS is a set of cosmetic plastic surgery procedures, selected on a personal basis, to minimize or eliminate facial features associated with males. What we don’t know yet is if Caitlyn has had a Gender Confirmation Surgery (GCS) commonly known as a sex change and also referred to as or Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS). What’s between the legs and what gender she will date is still a mystery wrapped in a puzzle.
