From going to bed, waking up in the morning, eating, doing physical exercises, it has become even more critical to have a personal daily routine. After precisely two weeks working from home, it’s not been comfortable adjusting to quarantine lifestyle.

At the very beginning, it was all fun and games. The government had not yet issued an official statement imposing a national lockdown to control the spread of COVID-19.
