British high street footwear brand Kurt Geiger has dropped its latest campaign. Rebecca Farrar-Hockley the brands Chief Creative Officer have brought together a galaxy of stars for the campaign. Amongst the stars of the show is supermodel Alek Wek, DJ Nick Grimshaw, Alice Dellal and her dog each with their personal creative flare. Interestingly, the campaign also brings in the likes of established artist Jamiroquai and upcoming British artist Christabel MacGreevy.

According to Rebecca, the Creative Officer states: “I’m glad it doesn’t look like any other campaign.” Furthermore,  she also goes on to mention that using one skinny model for a brands campaign is outdated. Which is why the campaign brings in diversity. She goes on to say:

There is nothing wrong with fantasy and aspiration. Of course, but you need, I believe, a real connection to the customer nowadays. You need an authenticity and I wanted to get a cast of characters that brings out a sense of personal creativity and individualism

Some of the items showcased in the brands AW18 arrival include a white sneaker with rainbow stripes. Then you have the Leopard print sketchers with yellow details as modelled by Alek Wek. The leather, metallic Rainbow stripe handbag with chunky chain is my favourite. It is versatile and sure to make any outfit pop.
