Where can shoe addicts, shoe lovers shop the most trendy African print and Ankara inspired shoes? House of Kara of course. They say seeing is believing. In case you missed my Instagram and Facebook gratitude post, now I own a live version of House of Kara African print handcrafted shoes and I am in awe.
Modern, Chic, Trendy African Print Inspired Shoes
House of Kara is a Cameroon footwear and accessories brand owned by Leila Kigha. While there are many established women’s footwear brands, House of Kara stands out with its unique approach of using African print patterns and Ankara fabrics for their beautifully handcrafted shoes.
#HOK has made a name for making the edgiest and modern Ankara court shoes and accessories for women. They have managed to grow into one of Africa’s shoe industryās contenders having a collection and offering that is simply mindblowing. As a result, the brand stands out as a leading Cameroonian contemporary fashion brand.
As one of the biggest Cameroonian fashion blogs, each time we are gifted
a product or free service by another Cameroon brand, we are caught
between being honest and protecting the brand.
Beautifully Handcrafted Ankara Inspired Women’s Shoes
Fortunately, this time, that is not the case with this House Of Kara black and white ankle heel shoes designed using Ankara print. This stylish Ankara inspired peep-toe women’s shoe got to London three days after being shipped from Douala via DHL. Bear in mind I was not expecting this gift. I knew there was something in the post for me but had no idea who the sender was or the content they were sending.
Consequently, when I got home to an early Christmas gift, the unboxing process was surreal. Once I got to the content, owing to my excitment it was a beautiful surprise. From the beautiful prink box with a House Of Kara logo to every single detail in the branding. If you are looking for African inspired shoes for women that are unique, handcrafted and original, then this brand is for you. The rarity holds as the number one selling point for me. A touch of African design and feel will certainly add a different kind of spring in your step.
As the brand puts it, shoes;
Cheers to sheers that transform your body language and attitude. Shoes that lift you physically and emotionally. You have brains in your, feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. If you ever let your head down, le it be to admire your House of Kara shoes.
Pencil heels and peep toe, House of Kara has once again created a work of art for footwear.
