Imane Ayissi a Cameroon fashion brand based in Paris has launched its new video project ‘Fantasy’ couture collection. As a matter of fact, the last runway collection by the brand was the Couture Spring Summer 2019 – called “Karralokga”. According to Ayissi, “Karralokga” means “catalog” in the Ewondo language of Cameroon. Identically, the Fantasy collection, the Couture Spring Summer 2019, collection both represents the diversity, richness and sophistication of contemporary African cultures.
The campaign shot on a riverbank in a relaxed scene with the capsule strongly highlights love, power and elegance. Noelle Graobe one of Cameroon’s most prominent and talented models currently making a big move on the international scene. As expected, we are pleased Ayissi selected the Cameroonian model as a perfect fit for the Fantasy couture project. The model captured in various romantic poses wearing an Imane Ayissi AW19-20 couture dress with earrings from the same collection. Accordingly, the brand infuses and effortless silhouettes into the all-black capsule look for couples.
Haute Cameroonian Designer Imane Ayissi for ‘Fantasy’ Campaign
Interestingly, the collection is developed and directed by Badara Ndiaye. According to his Insta profile, he is also the creative director of Badara Official. Badara in fact takes the lead as the main male model for the campaign. Just like Noelle, Badara Ndiaye wears a custom-made made black tuxedo suit from the Fantasy collection.
Graobe currently signed with Fabulousdotcom Models is currently in the French capital city and fashion capital Paris. Surely, the model is working on a busy schedule from her recent works and collaborations. Earlier in the month, Graobe was on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Thailandia. Again, July was busy for the model as she walked the Haute Couture Fall/Winter Paris fashion week for several brands including Yanina Couture.
