When it comes to Halloween costume like everything else, no one does it better than Beyoncé. Last year, Queen B’ channelled Lil’ Kim with five of the rappers most iconic looks of all time. Though not as ghostly as other celebrity Halloween costumes, we applaud Bey for honouring black female legends.
Beyonce’s 2018 Halloween Costume
Beyonce looked exactly like Toni Braxton in a leather jacket paired with white tank top and gold chain. She also wore a high-waisted jean and a signature Toni Braxton style wig and make-up that transformed her to Toni. The look is a recreation of Toni Braxton’s 1993 Album cover “Another Sad Love Song”.
On an Instagram post, Beyoncé wrote:
Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends. Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range, and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Happy Halloween my Kings and Queens.
I can’t believe Bey just referred to me as her Queen. This is a bloody damn example of strong women uplifting others. What’s there not to love about Blue-Ivy’s momma?
