Claude Lavie Kameni celebrated her 26th birthday on Easter Sunday 2020 during the Coronavirus quarantine. Claude was born in April 1994 in Cameroon where she developed a passion for creative fashion and design. According to an Instagram post marking her 26th birthday, Claude recounted how she started sewing at the age of 17th.
Kameni maybe 26 years old, but her achievements in fashion feel like she’s been around for over fifty decades. Since moving to the United States of America, the young Cameroonian designer has perfected her skills secured a place in the fashion books under her brandĀ Lavie By CK.Ā And of course, Kameni has dressed some of the biggest names in Hollywood including Tracee Ellis Ross, Janet Jackson and several Influencers.

Claude wore a multi-colour mermaid Ankara evening gown with a sweetheart neckline and saddle sleeves. It is not the first time we have seen her rocked her design, and indeed, her birthday will not be the last.
Despite the global lockdown to tackle the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, the birthday girl still made sure she celebrated in quarantine. Later in the day, she threw a virtual Instagram party where she blew her 26 candles.
